The Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG) obliges domestic companies with more than 3,000 employees to comply with human rights and environmental due diligence obligations since January 1, 2023. Starting January 1, 2024, this obligation will also apply to companies with more than 1,000 employees.
