Why is data protection training necessary?
Data protection does not begin in the text of the law, but in the mind. Only when employees know how to act correctly can data and companies be protected.
Our basic data protection training course covers the most important content from the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). It raises awareness of data protection, explains dos and don'ts, and shows practical examples of application in everyday business life.
Our data protection training is suitable as mandatory training to comply with legal requirements for employee awareness. If a company does not comply with the GDPR, this can lead to fines, claims for damages or warnings.

Onboarding
Once the contract has been signed, the onboarding process begins. You provide us with a list of all employees who are to receive data protection training. We enter this information into our WhiteRaven tool, and the employees are then notified that their e-learning course is available.

Implementation of GDPR training
Your company's employees can now complete their training independently and flexibly – when it suits their schedule and at their own pace. After successfully passing the final test, each participant will receive a certificate of attendance!

Final check
WhiteRaven has a so-called trainer role. This allows HR managers or data protection officers to see at a glance who has already completed the training and who may need a quick reminder.

Target audience
The training is aimed at company employees and can be booked for individuals or entire workforces. It supports employees who work with personal data in their day-to-day work, for example in sales, HR or IT.
No prior knowledge is required. The training efficiently raises employee awareness of data protection issues.
