Gabriele Fuchs is a Trademark and Design Specialist at MKM + PARTNER. She is responsible for worldwide trademark and design management at MKM and is the point of contact for all administrative matters in this area. Ms. Fuchs is particularly responsible for managing trademarks throughout their entire lifecycle, from searches and applications to renewals and trademark watching for the enforcement of trademark rights.

Gabriele Fuchs completed her studies at the Institute for Foreign Languages and Area Studies at Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg as a technical translator for English. She subsequently worked at a patent law firm. She then spent many years as the administrative head of the trademark department at a large law firm in Nuremberg and has been working at MKM + PARTNER Rechtsanwälte since 2019.

Ms. Fuchs has successfully completed professional training courses qualifying her as a Trademark, Design and Patent Specialist.
