Rebecca Andree is a lawyer and specialist lawyer for tenancy and residential property law at MKM + PARTNER Rechtsanwälte. Her practice focuses on real estate law as well as construction and architects' law.
She advises and represents companies as well as private clients comprehensively on all matters relating to construction and architects' law, from contract drafting to the enforcement and defence of payment and defect claims.
In the field of real estate law, Ms. Andree primarily represents the interests of commercial landlords. Her practice focuses on drafting contracts, providing legal support for modernisation projects, and pursuing payment and eviction claims before the courts.
Ms. Andree studied law at Freie Universität Berlin. After completing her legal traineeship in the district of the Berlin Court of Appeal (Kammergericht), she worked as an admitted lawyer at Berlin law firms specialising in construction, public procurement and real estate law from 2015 onwards. During this time, she represented, among others, the legal interests of major international real estate funds as well as railway construction and logistics companies.
In 2022, Ms. Andree was awarded the title of specialist lawyer for tenancy and residential property law ("Fachanwältin für Miet- und Wohnungseigentumsrecht").
Rebecca Andree has been practising at MKM + PARTNER in Berlin since August 2023.
