Profile
Tamara Sasonow is a specialist lawyer for employment law as well as construction and architects' law at MKM + PARTNER Rechtsanwälte. She advises and represents businesses throughout Germany on all employment law matters as well as on legal issues relating to construction and architects' law. In doing so, she combines legal precision with a strong understanding of economic interrelationships and entrepreneurial decision-making.
She studied law and completed her legal traineeship in Regensburg. Even before being admitted to the bar, she worked for two years at one of the Big Four auditing firms in Munich, advising companies on business law matters, particularly on tax law issues in the context of due diligence. Since her admission to the bar in 2018, she has advised and represented companies in legal disputes and assisted them with the preventive structuring of their business processes. She also worked as in-house counsel at a medium-sized construction company, giving her an understanding of the legal challenges faced by her clients not only from a legal perspective but also from within the company itself.
Through her specialisations as a specialist lawyer for employment law as well as construction and architects' law, she has in-depth expertise in two areas of law that are closely interconnected for businesses. Her clients value her structured approach, her clear and straightforward communication, and her practical, solution-oriented approach to legal advice.
She has been practising at MKM + PARTNER in Nuremberg since October 2025.
