Luise Klufmöller, LL.M., is a lawyer and specialist lawyer for copyright and media law and specialist lawyer for intellectual property law. She has been working at MKM + PARTNER since 2025.

Luise Klufmöller studied law at the Humboldt University of Berlin, a University of Excellence, and the Université Robert Schuman in Strasbourg. In 2016, she was additionally awarded a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Intellectual Property and Media Law.

For more than 15 years, she has provided comprehensive advice to companies and individuals in her areas of specialisation. These areas include data protection law, GEMA law, internet law, photography and image rights, personality rights, trademark and design law, and competition law.

Luise Klufmöller is a speaker for lectures and training courses and has taught Media Law at SRH Berlin University of Applied Sciences.

Among other professional organisations, she is a member of AGEM (Working Group on Intellectual Property & Media) and GRUR (German Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property).
